Deposit / balance

A deposit is required at the time of booking of 50% for the reservation to be confirmed. The balance is to be settled upon arrival in cash. Of course you can also settle by online payment through Paypal prior to arrival.

The deposit can be paid through www.paypal.com. We will send you an electronic invoice, which allow you to make the payment using your credit card. If you prefer to pay by bank, then please let us know.

Cancellations

With just one apartment, loosing business through no-shows has a big impact for us. Still we would like you to be able to cancel, should your plans change unexpectedly. The deposit required for a confirmed reservation is 50% of the rental fee. We will refund the following:
